1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing coremobility.dpdns.org or booking a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable U.S. laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
2. Eligibility & Driver Requirements
To rent a vehicle through our service, you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age (Note: A “Young Driver Fee” may apply to those under 25).
- Possess a valid, unexpired driver’s license issued by a U.S. state or an acceptable international permit.
- Provide a valid credit card in the primary driver’s name.
3. Reservations & Payments
- Pricing: All quotes are based on current availability and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
- Security Deposit: A temporary hold (deposit) will be placed on your credit card at the time of pickup to cover potential incidentals.
4. Prohibited Use of Vehicles
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will void all insurance coverage:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances.
- Using the vehicle for ride-sharing (Uber/Lyft), towing, or off-road driving.
- Allowing an unauthorized driver (not listed on the contract) to operate the vehicle.
- Transporting hazardous materials or illegal contraband.
5. Insurance & Liability
- Renter’s Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, unless you purchase a Loss Damage Waiver (LDW).
- Third-Party Liability: Our rental rates include the minimum liability coverage required by the state where the car is picked up.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a “One-Day Rental” cancellation fee.
7. Privacy & Data (CCPA/GDPR)
We value your privacy. Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA regarding the collection and sale of your personal information.
8. Limitation of Liability
CoreMobility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the rental of our vehicles. Use of the vehicle is at the renter’s own risk.
